Gabriella is a talented makeup artist in the wedding industry and has a keen eye for beauty and detail, so I was honored to be chosen for their Discovery Park engagement photos. This is a pretty iconic Seattle spot. The beach here is beautiful, and we stayed until sunset, so it was so peaceful. She was such a natural in front of the camera, and she and Markell are such a gorgeous couple. The scenery here is killer, and I’m still swooning over this sesh.

Gabriella & Markell’s Discovery Park Engagement Photos

We spent some time planning the details to ensure this shoot was perfection. Picking the right location was key, and Discovery Park was the dream setting. The natural scenery there is breathtaking – perfect for the vibe they were going for with their outfits in those gorgeous cream and nude tones. Gabriella had such a clear vision, and let me tell you, we nailed it! We hit up all the prime spots in the park, getting those classic posed shots and tons of candid, in-the-moment captures. I'm just obsessed with how the setting and their outfits meshed together perfectly. You can feel how strong their connection is, too.

During Gabriella and Markell’s shoot, the sunset was golden and perfect. Gabriella looked stunning, and though Markell was initially hesitant, he soon got into the groove and had a blast. We ended the night with a champagne pop, capturing joyful moments. I can't wait for their wedding in August! Although engagement photos aren’t required, I extremely encourage them.
