Photography found me later in life. After high school, I bounced around California, Hawaii, mostly working in retail management. Eventually, I circled back to the Pacific Northwest, my true home. I’ve always been a skincare junkie (if you’ve never had a facial, seriously, book one now). I even went to esthetician school, thinking that was my path.
Then life happened. I fell in love, got married, and had two beautiful baby girls who are my world. But somewhere in motherhood, I lost a bit of myself. I was a stay-at-home mom, unsure how to find my way back.
That’s when my sister-in-law pulled me into photography—she needed a second shooter, but really just wanted someone to hang out with. I fumbled through that first wedding, then the next, and the next. I thought I couldn’t be a photographer; she was already one, and what would people think? But secretly, I was falling in love. She pushed me off the ledge and told me to dive in.
Six years later, here I am. Countless late nights learning from YouTube, classes, and shooting as much as possible. Photography gave me myself back. It opened my eyes to life in a new way—how fleeting and beautiful it all is, and how the everyday moments are the ones we’ll want to remember forever.

MY WHY
I truly believe there is no such thing as too many pictures. It may sound like a cliché, something every photographer says, but it is because it is so deeply true. Photographs are often all we have left to hold onto. They hang on our walls, quietly telling our stories to everyone who visits. They become the stories we share with our children, who then pass them on to their children. These images are more than just pictures. They are memories you can hold in your hand, moments frozen in time that keep love and life alive long after the day has passed.
TRAVEL LIST
My
Here is a list of destinations and venues I hope to photograph someday. Each place offers its own unique character and story, and I look forward to the opportunity to work there. If your celebration takes place at one of these locations, I would love to connect.
