I’m still swooning over this sunset beach maternity shoot on the Oregon Coast! We picked Hug Point and Chapman Beach (basically Cannon Beach), and the magic was real. Savannah, Austin, and their adorable girl were gearing up to welcome twin boys, so we wanted this lifestyle maternity session to be really special.

Being on the beach with their daughter made everything feel effortless and natural—they just played in the sand, explored, and shared sweet moments, resulting in stunning photos that truly reflect their love while celebrating the upcoming arrival of their two new babies.

We lucked out with the most perfect March day on the Oregon Coast—it felt like a warm summer evening! If you know the area, you’ll understand how rare and special that is. Usually, March means gloomy, rainy, and breezy weather, but not this time. Years ago, when I was just starting in photography, I asked Sav and her friend to model for me during Covid. That’s how I met Sav. She’s an incredible hairstylist, but also became a friend and started doing my hair. When she became pregnant with TWO boys, we knew we had to do something fun for her twin maternity photoshoot. I have to mention they nailed the family photo outfit game. They opted for creamy neutrals with a hint of denim, keeping it simple yet adding texture and style, especially for Sav’s look.
